Explores De Qi through both the classical acupuncture literature and modern scientific research — how to identify it clinically, and why it matters for acupuncture’s mechanisms of action across the nervous, endocrine, immune, and inflammatory systems.

Cupping 101
An introduction to cupping therapy — safe, foundational skills for simple at-home cupping. Taught locally in Salt Lake City first, with video content to follow.
Cupping 102
Builds on Cupping 101 with more advanced techniques, including fire/glass cupping and bloodletting. Requires Cupping 101.
